Please file claim only after a complete inspection of your shipment has been done. 

A completed form is required to ensure your claim is processed both accurately and quickly. 

No returns, deductions, chargebacks or adjustments will be accepted by Napa without authorization. 

Returned merchandise may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and freight charges both ways. 

Limited Warranty – We warrant our products for 1 year against defects in material and workmanship.
